Register here, and come to the Lincoln Zen Center on Saturday, March 21st, 2026 at 4:00 PM for a Sound Bath! A fundraiser to support the Zen Center's continued operation. Registration can be done with a $25 donation to the Lincoln Zen Center via this PayPal Button. Spaces Limited! “Cosmic Craig” Imig is known in Lincoln for his modern dance performances, paintings, and serving customers at natural foods stores. Now he offers a sound bath experience similar to those found on YouTube. Experience a feast for your ears, eyes and cells with frosted glass sound bowls, Himalayan metal sound bowls, ocean drums, rainstick and more. All donations go to support the Lincoln Zen Center.  While some cushions will be available, you may bring your own cushion or yoga mat for your own comfort and relaxation (whether people can lie down on the floor may depend on the number of people who attend).  

The sound bath is expected to last for 30-40 minutes, and will be followed by an optional meditation, getting into what the Zen Center is all about.
